What is a Like Ladder and What is Promote My Business all About.

“Like Ladder” is for Facebook Fans to Tag Their Page in comments , then the GOAL is for everyone to Find pages on the Ladder that are NEW to them and Give them a LIKE.. This helps everyone who join Gain New fans, and build their Facebook Fan Base.. On Like Ladder’s It is very important for everyone that joins to always Play Fair, Meaning Always Like NEW PAGES. The Reason its called a Ladder you may ask, fans tend to scroll from The Top to the bottom or the Bottom to the Top of the comments to find pages to Like.
Another Post That we do is called “Open Wall”. This is kind of like a “LIKE LADDER”. You still Tag your page in comments, but on “Open Wall’s “ You can pick and choose who you would like to LIKE,   and this is a great Opportunity to Advertise a Brief Description about your business.  With “ Open Wall” Posts, You can also TAG Your Website URL, ETSY URL,  anything link you would like our FANS to see.
“Shout Outs” is Another Fun Thing we do several Times A week. We Give our Customers a Full Feature “Shout Outs” so all Our Facebook Fans can see what their business is about individually. This is a great opportunity to show off the product that the business is advertising, an event , Sale, or Maybe a Contest they have going on at that time..
Now If you already have participated on a Like Ladder or Open Wall before, you may have ran into a problem with your page being hidden. Well here is a little trick for you to use if that happens.
Write a word such as “Hi” in the comments and press enter. A small pencil will appear in the top right of that particular comment, when you hover over it with the mouse courser it will show an option for Edit. Do this and paste your page into the ladder using the @(your Page Name) Then click enter.

Now for the FANS who are Pro’s at “Like Ladders”. Have you got to that point where you can’t like anymore pages cause you are at your MAX of Likes per Facebook ? There is a way to work around this, if you would like help with this please MSG our Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/promotemybusiness4me
So on a end note;  I hope this was helpful to you all.. If you ever have any questions, please contact us and Join Some  Like Ladder’s or Open Walls.

How to Get Ahead on Facebook

10 tips to creating engaging Page posts:::

1. Use engaging copy, images and videos

2. Create a two-way conversation

Ask your audience to share their thoughts and feedback on your product and services. This is another way to listen to your customers and improve your business.
Posting content that shows you took their feedback into consideration can build customer loyalty and show you value their ideas
In Action: Modify Watches, a company that creates mix-and-match watches, asks customers for input on product designs and names, and builds ongoing watch designs from this real-time feedback

3. Share exclusive discounts and promotions

Offer special deals or perks to your customers to keep them interested and to drive online sales. Include call to actions with links to the most relevant page on your website.
In Action: BarkBox creates posts with promotional codes. They found that valuable offers like buy-1-get-1-free or discounts over 20% were more likely to be shared and it helped them spread the word about their business.
To improve engagement with your promotions, include clear calls to action, redemption details, and when the promotion ends to add a sense of urgency.

4. Provide access to exclusive information

Reward people who are connected to your Page and drive loyalty and online sales by providing them with exclusive information. Make them feel special by sharing exclusive product news, contests and events.
In action: PhotoBarn created a Mother’s Day 10-Day Giveaway of PhotoBarn products on their Page

5. Be timely

Your audience will be more likely to engage with posts when they’re related to subjects that are top of mind, like current events or the holidays
Timeliness is also important when replying to comments on your posts. The faster you reply, the more likely fans will engage with you in the future.
Tip: Post a daily sneak peek of upcoming product sales 2 weeks prior to Black Friday or Cyber Monday

6. Plan your conversational calendar

The easiest way to stay in regular contact with fans is by creating a conversational calendar with ideas about what to talk about each week or month
A content calendar will not only help you post regularly, but will ensure your content is well planned, interesting, and that you don't miss major business events and news. Find a frequency that works for you and your audience.

7. Schedule your posts

To better manage your time, you can schedule your posts in advance and plan for upcoming holiday events and specials
To schedule your posts, simply click the clock icon on the lower left-hand corner of your Page's sharing tool
Schedule your posts when most of your fans are online. You can find out when your fans are online by visiting your Page Insights and going to the posts tab
After you've scheduled a post, you can manage your scheduled posts by going to the top of your Page and choosing Edit Page and then selecting Use Activity Log

8. Target your posts

If your posts are meant for specific groups of people, you can target your post in your Page’s sharing tool by clicking on the target icon at the bottom left corner and selecting Add Targeting. You can target your post based upon gender, relationship status, educational status, interests, age, location, and language.

9. Use link posts to drive people to your website

Link posts now have a larger, clickable area that helps drive people to your website.
In your Page's sharing tool, enter the offsite URL, then hit Enter
The title, description and image are taken from your URL, but you can still customize the text and image of the post
We have increased the size of the image for these types of posts, so ensure you select compelling imagery that will blend into the News Feed experience

10. Review the performance of your posts

Check your Page Insights regularly to understand what's working to keep your posts relevant and engaging. Page Insights will help you understand your audience and what types of content interests them.

Facebook Biz Tip

*** #Biztip
When I do SHout Outs its gives me a change to View the Fans Facebook Pages, and see different things that people post and how... By Viewing that I would like to bring up a few suggestions on how to make your Facebook Page POP!!!
1.. Post Several Times a day. At the Best Times when the feed is busy, usually first thing in the AM is the best and dinner times..

2. Post Pictures.. Fans Love Viewing pictures of what your product looks like, Since we can’t touch the product , why not post a picture that tells us all we need to know..
When you post Pictures always add a brief description of what the product is, add your website URL, or any other Links that may be helpful..

3. I know it helps to post quote Pictures and funny pictures to engage the fans, BUT don’t forget about why you have a Facebook page, TO SHOW OFF WHAT YOUR PRODUCT IS.. You can always use your personal page to post pictures too..

4. Make sure your Facebook Page is updated, Go in your profile and just scan all the settings make sure everything is there.. Important info you should always have listed is
EMAIL, WEBSITE< Other Social Media Links. And Phone number if you want that public...

5. Go outside the Box” I tell others, Don’t Rely on just FACEBOOK to advertise your product, Join other Social Media platforms, that way you can cross promote, it sure will help you get noticed better on search engines...

6. This is something NEW I have been coming across,, Please Don’t use the Message section to advertise your product, that is suppose to be messaging others to give them a message, or telling them you liked their page... Must be careful , cause FANS can report you as SPAM, DELETE it right away... If you want to share about your product, why not Message the FAN and ask if its ok to give them some information....
Last Note:: Facebook Should be FUN... Have Fun with it, and Take advantage of meeting Wonderful people....Promote My Business

Go Outside the BOX To GAIN New Sales

Go Outside The Box to Gain New Sales & Fans

As an Advertiser and Marketer for Small Businesses, one of the questions I am always asked is “ Why Can’t I get Sales on Facebook?”
Here are some Key Suggestions to consider, to Boost your Sales and Increase Visibility.

1. With Your Facebook Business Page, Post Each Day, Several Times a Day. Always add a Picture of Your Product if you are advertising it. NEVER Just post Words, You will loose your  reader by the end of the 2nd line. Best Times to Post on Facebook;
Weekdays- 6-8AM, 2-5PM
Weekends- Worst Times 10Pm to 4:00AM.
Checking Your Fan Page Insights is always Helpful.

2. Start a Twitter Account if you haven’t already. Twitter is the 2nd Largest Social Media Site Today.  Twitter is an information network. Millions of people, organizations, and businesses use it to discover and share information.  Even thou you can only type 140 characters, its a great site to promote your other Social Media Sites. If your tweet goes over the allowed of characters, you can use https://bitly.com to shorten your link. Best Times to Tweet is Weekends 1-3Pm, Worst Times 8:00 to 8:00Am.

3. Start a LinkedIN Account, LinkedIn is the world’s Largest Professonal network always growing. LinkedIn connects you to your contacts and helps you exchange knowledge, ideas, and opportunities with other professionals.  When You start creating your LinkedIN account, I would suggest to use your personal information, then you can add your Business info and links.. This way you can add your skills, education, other employment, join group pages, being more personable..

4.  Start a Google+ for Business. This is another great Social Media site that will help drive traffic to your Facebook page. Google+ will also allow you to put yourself on the map, so customers can find you when they are searching for a business on google. I highly recommend clicking the link below to discover great ways to use google+ and Blogging.
https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/2677294?hl=en&ref_topic=3339319

5. Start a Pinterest Site.  Pinterest is great for Sharing content via images , videos, or infographics.  I highly recommend to Open Pinterest for Business, that way you don’t have to convert your personal one you may be using for business and NEW one. If you have already started Pinterest, Click this link for information on how you can convert the 2. https://help.pinterest.com/entries/22362083-Set-up-or-convert-to-a-business-account.
What is Great About Pinterest now, is that you can now add prices to your products.

So Now You have some Ideas to start with on your internet end. Lets talk about when you are out and about doing your daily routine.

You CAN NOT rely on Social Media Platforms to Gain New Customers, you must think outside the box.. Here are a few suggestions;

1.  Get Business Cards Made

2. Word Of Mouth

3. Make Flyers, Post them where you are allowed such as; Post Office
You can also do the same with your Business Cards.

4. When you go out to eat, leave your Business Card with the Tip.
A Scentsy Consultant gave me a wonderful Idea that she was doing, and it gained her more customers then sitting in front of the computer all day.
Here is what she did. She would make small samples from the scentsy bar, place a few in a small plastic bag with a pretty color tie and staple her business card to it. So whenever she went anywhere she would have her marketing tool ready to go. So like i mentioned prior, she would leave it with TIPS if she went out to eat, Word of Mouth, she would hand them out. You can use a few of these Ideas with any business you have.

5.  Email Marketing. Although a lot of us hate getting those pest emails, don’t feel like you will be one of them when you are doing it right.
There are 3 emails you should be sending out.
1.  WELCOME EMAIL
2. NEWSLETTER
3. PROMOTIONAL EMAIL
I would suggest to send Emails out to your customers every Quarter, Unless you have a Priority Message that your customer’s must know. If you send out too many, you will loose customers.

On a End Note, I have been Working with Small Businesses for over 3 years and seen over  1000’s of Facebook pages every day, and the Question I get from Customer’s all the time is, “Why Cant I sell my product or Gain customers on Facebook?”. If you think about it majority of people on Facebook are other Businesses doing the same thing you are. So this is why its important to go "outside the box” per say.
You need to go after your Dream, It will not come to you without hard work.....
